Sara E. Porter - AssociateBiography
Sara received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Boston College in 2006. After college, Sara worked as a legal assistant in Boston at Christie, Pabarue, Mortensen & Young. Sara went on to attend Tulane Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif in 2011. During her time at Tulane, Sara served as the Senior Business Editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and as the Intraschool Competitions Chair on the Moot Court Board. Sara also worked as a student attorney in the Tulane Criminal Litigation Clinic. Prior to joining Smith & Fawer, Sara was a legal intern at the United States Army JAG Corps in Heidelberg, Germany, and she was a law clerk and student-certified attorney at the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office.
