Louis Congemi may continue running for a parishwide seat on the Jefferson Parish Council, a judge ruled Monday (Sept. 21). Congemi, a former council member who is running against incumbent Chris Roberts and former Councilman Jimmy Lawson for the Division A post, was sued by School Board member Ray St. Pierre over his qualifications for the Oct. 24 ballot.
